Going by the brackets, do the people in EFGH (round 2) have to wait to play the winners of the first wave, or do they play each other?

Those people will have to wait, however those brackets are not final they will be shuffled or arranged for the best competition possible as now at this point alot of the people who have entered have played before.

How long does a person have between matches before the dreaded coin is flipped due to their not being around? ie. are bathroom breaks viable or low to mid tier?

I am flexible, if you have an opponent waiting in the next round and you haven't shown up before everyone else has finished their game in the round you are definitely DQ'd of course.

If you have an opponent waiting and they haven't shown for about 5-10 minutes you will be DQ'd unless you have told me why you can't make it to the match in time and if you can make it not too much later.

You can have time to grab a snack and go to the toilet all is well.

That sounds like a good idea. Players who've proven themselves in prior tournaments being matched together is hype, and all the more hectic when determining who you may or may not fight next

Yes you can always send them to me on xbl though, make sure to post the rounds you won like 3-0 or 3-1 for example.

For the first couple you can go ahead if you know who you're playing, However I will post opponents as each round is complete but if you know ahead proceed.
Round 3 i'll just call you guys out so that losers can catch up as it's usually behind a little.
