The official "I'm dropping Injustice for KI" player list

Sajam is focusing on Killer Instint for NEC after having switched from NW to MMH.

It's not uncommon for those who do not play Nightwing to trash the Nightwing community. The character takes work they don't understand because most of them are playing top 10 characters. Also, most of the community still can't block flip kick. It's been 7 fucking months and it still exposes 90% the people I come across.

And then they have the audacity to tell me I haven't learned my matchups yet when they're getting hit with week 1 setups like they're fucking infinites.

That's not to say I'm dropping the game completely; I'm saying my focus is elsewhere.

I ran a Jago mirror with PL last night and lost. It came down to the final pixel of health between the both of us. I couldn't help but wonder what that same MU might have looked like in Injustice. All I can think of is teleports and jump ins.

If the thread had been merely about whose picking up KI and somebody looking to get a friend's list going of good players to play, I don't think there would have been any problems, people are just tired of the same song and dance from people.

Pickup Marvel or the new Street Fighter to go along side KI. That's a good setup and you'll never be missing out tournament wise.

I'm going to mess about with Ultra SF4, but I won't play it super serious, I just find it hard to dedicate time to Capcom games because they're not what I grew up with.

Well Ra, because INJ isn't this magically, amazingly balanced game that certain people seem to think it is. Hence why top tourny players still run to MMH, Zod, BM, and BA over Joker and Shazam.

Just because these alleged top tourney players DON'T choose CW, Joker, Shazam etc., does not mean those characters aren't viable...

And mine being that some of us do represent the character already, I just won a tournament 3 weeks back relying on BA for one 7-3 in grand finals that I already beat in pools. So many other Joker players have gotten good placements in australian tournaments, locals, StevoSupremo is currently a regular goer to the break.

This site is turning into a dick measuring contest between the KI community and the Injustice community. I'm not taking either sides here.

-Injustice players that switched to KI, I'm glad you guys found a game you like. I'm not naming any names for Injustice players that now wont stop trashing it because KI came out, since I actually like some of those guys as people

-KI looks like a fun game, I wish I can play it, but I'm the type of person that can only be really good at one fighting game at a time. I will keep supporting KI and perhaps enter in a few tourneys to further the support.

-I will make a ultimatum with you "fuck Injustice footsies, KI is the best" guys. How about you guys just simply enjoy KI, and get over with complaining about Injustice? I, as everyone else on Injustice's side, will do the same in return.

-For example, some of you people criticize M2Dave for not getting over Deathstroke when he's found a better character, yet you guys do the same thing with Injustice. You guys found KI, and still wont stop complaining about how Injustice has no footsies. It seems to be a fetish for you people to make sure everybody agrees that Injustice is the inferior fighting game to KI, as if you guys completely lost your sense of subjectivity.

-Anybody who hasn't played KI and wants to trash the game is just....stupid. Even if I played KI and disliked it, I still wont ramble non-stop on the forums about it since this IS a forum for both games. We're supposed to support the FGC remember?

But at the same time, regardless of how crap of a time you had with Injustice, why does that make you any better for trashing it? If you didn't like it, why did you just not play it and go play Street Fighter or some shit? This is a site after all for Mortal Kombat, Injustice, and Killer Instinct. So why are you trashing the game that much of this community still holds dear to them?

I had a blast playing as Noob Saibot, your character doesn't need to be top tier in order to have fun.

I think noob saibot was considerably more viable in mortal kombat then Killer Frost currently is in Injustice

I played injustice despite not liking it because i simply want to be part of the community. I dont think its that hard to understand.
