I'm not really sure where to post this because the Noobe thread got locked, so I'm gonna throw it in here.

So as for the Noobe thing, I don't have money to be throwing around for money matches at the moment. I got into a serious car accident last night while driving and I'm not sure if I'll even be able to make it out to NEC now. It put a lot of things into perspective, including how I feel about this game on a competitive level. Yeah I think I'm the best Doomsday, but Noobe very well could be better at certain aspects. I understand the fact that he played MK means something to this community which is why everyone seems to rate him so highly, but if you look at the list of players I've beat I don't see how you could think I'm very far off. Regardless I don't think a mirror proves anything in terms of skill level and I'd rather save my money. If that means giving up the title to some people in Florida who's opinions shouldn't even matter to me, then so be it. I play this game for me, because I enjoy it. I don't need you to agree with me, and I really shouldn't be arguing with anyone about silly shit like this anyway. If I happen to make it, and you want to play for props, that's cool. Otherwise I'm just gonna stop claiming I'm the best and let my actions speak for me.
I don't really think I downplay Doomsday either, I think I'm just realistic. But I suppose that's all opinion. Best of luck to everyone that does attend NEC if I don't make it.
EDIT: I'll keep my word on the REO one as long as I can make it and it isn't too much cash.
