I really don't get why people are liking this character. Reminds me too much of Nightwolf especially with the Bear Head alt. Character looks very generic to me and I hate his intro walk.

Give me Fulgor or Shadow Jago anyday.

EDIT: His stage is kool but reminds me of The Pit II

Because people don't base their character preferences entirely on cosmetic appearances.

And Thunder is a grappler, he's closer to T.Hawk than Nightwolf if anything

Hell, he's closer to Lobo than Nightwolf.


Also, what's generic about him? Are giant raven/crow themed, eletric shadow indian chiefs cliche or something now?

You know what's generic? A character that is almost quite literally a palette swap with the word "shadow" slapped on their name. A palette swap of a character that is basically altered Ryu, who himself is one of the most generic characters in fighting games.

Combos are really easy but the depth is real

The last video has the best thunder play of all of them. I love that combo stop into comand throw ghetto reset!

With shadow cancels I bet the reset damage is huge
