just an fyi for the vid, all crowbar drops in combos are intentional, its something i thought of on the fly and might continue doing, its to get a reaction to the whiff

Good stuff. Not sold on KI yet... Not sure that I like the way it plays. I'm finicky that way . Also not sure I want an Xbox One over PS4...

yeah, im buying xb1 over ps4 for KI but also dont care since both consoles are equals, idk if the better online will continue with xbox.

i just hate that most of my friends are on ps

To me the two systems are a complete tossup in terms of performance. I don't strictly play fighters though, so other exclusives come into play on the decision. Titanfall looks amazing (also Xbox One only), but PS4 has a few good looking things as well, and I think I like the controller more there. $100 cheaper is nothing to scoff at either. Decisions, decisions.

Why? Do you get any advantage there? Seems like they generally will on their wakeup, unless you try to stuff it with a MB f3 or something (think I recall you doing that in the vid somewhere maybe...). Matchup specific I suppose, because alot of people can bust through that mb f3 pretty easy (fucking 30 frames ffdk glhzdyrhvbksdfgk,vlbnxf,hbsrv ).

100 is nothing. here its in euros. consoles last half a decade minimum so in the long run it truly doesnt matter. i only play rpgs and fighters with the occasional thing to catch my interest.

Yep. I edited my last post with exactly that lol. Interesting, but matchup specific. Alotta people can blow through that mb f3 in that situation once you show them it's coming.

that corner combo is either very hard to time or impossible, i had to adjust to lagless monitors so i didnt even go for any d2 teeth combos, the times i did i got d2 crowbar

Hey, did you ever verify whether that corner combo has the same SHKD properties with the optimized damage version as it does with the shorter one?

I'm kinda starting to get interested in that as well. You better not play Sabrewulf... dunno if I can handle debating crap with you in two games .
What's got you annoyed with Injustice? Just Joker's general sucky-ness relative to other characters?

joker is just fine, i even decided to use him in any matchup other than zod

i just dont like the 50/50 game this game promotes

Yeah I definitely agree. The 50/50 stuff is too essential in this game and kinda lame, especially when there are several characters that get 50/50 vortexes when we (Joker) don't have any 50/50 option outside of wakeup vs no wakeup in specific matchups in specific situations (which everyone kinda has...).

Back in the day of KI (1), I chose Glacius as my main . I main joker in injustice. It's fun to see that other persons decided the same. Not enough to do a thesis but I don't think it's all random. There must be something with the personnality. It is not about underdog character because I selected them both way before I knew they suck ass.

No clue :L
Still a uni (college) kid so don't have money just lying around to pick up an xbox one lol
will probably get one down the track
but nothing on next gen really grabs me right now aside for a few select games (KI, Titanfall, Killzone)

Heh, if I end up getting KI, I was also looking at Glacius and Spinal.

EDIT: That said, if I see any character with any sort of tech chase ability, then that's my main.

I'm still up in the air between PS4 and XB1, but Titanfall and KI are definitely making me lean toward XB1. We'll see. Either way, gonna be waiting until sometime in early January to make a decision, which is when they'll probably start to become more available anyway lol.
I didn't play MK9 too much, but played Kabal because I always liked him in the old MK days. Wasn't really able to do the crazy stuff with him though, didn't really put that much time in. If I get KI, definitely diggin' Sabrewulf, though Galcius does look cool too.

Yeah, but I don't think I wanna buy it twice. And it's still not clear what tradeoffs are being made for the 360 version. Hopefully it's just a graphics hit, but could be more impactful.

its been set you can play 360 games on one if you plug both consoles through an hdmi cable port

It's not even being developed by Respawn entertainment, they handed it off to a currently unnamed developer and said they would be supporting them.

That doesn't really inspire confidence.
