There isn't a whole bunch of 'at launch' I'm actually dying to play, and I wouldn't bother getting stuff day one if it wasn't for Killer Instinct.

If you don't like a game then don't play it, no need to insult it. I'm personally looking forward to COD Ghosts after not getting BO2, especially since that's the only release game that interests me. What I'm really looking forward to is Destiny though since MK10 probably won't come until 2015.

Honestly, both consoles look really good, but I'll be getting a PS4 first because: A.) It's $100 cheaper, and B.) They didn't piss me off and need the entire gaming community to freak out before they corrected their shit. Also, I'm interested in KI3, but I don't plan on playing any 2D fighters on the Xbox-style D-pad anytime soon (which I hear is only barely better than the 360's), and I'm not waiting to buy a converter or whatever else for a single game on launch day.

That being said, both consoles have a lot to look forward to and I'll probably be getting an XboxOne around Christmas.

The thing I hate about Microsoft is their policy against cross-platforming. For example, Final Fantasy XIV allows PC and PS3 users to interact, but it is not available for Xbox because Microsoft demanded their own exclusive servers. Same with DUST, which allows PC and PS3 interaction, they intended it for Xbox as well, but got no support b/c it would cross-platform. I think cross-platforming should be the future, allowing gamers on any console or PC to interact, but Microsoft has a policy against this. Why? I don't know, but learning of this policy sealed the deal for me: PS4 all the way.

PS4 for me which is a no brainer. BF4 looks amazing and will be more than enough to keep me entertained. I still have GTAV and last of us to finish, so game line ups don't worry me.

Drive club looks to be shaping up well too.

To me it seems like the whole next gen thing seems rushed. Both consoles have no games worth a damn at launch. Ki is good, but even then its an unfinished game. I will probably wait till spring to get a new console.

Wow, that list of games is absolute shit.

XboxOne has better games. But I'm not sure it's worth to get at launch either.

Anyway I'll have Dark Souls 2, USF4 and few other games to keep me occupied for a good while so I have no problem waiting until price drops a bit or something..

Hell even Pilotwings 64 had me more hype than Knack and Killzone.

There's just no magic in this next generation of consoles. WHERE IS THE MAGIC?!

Damn man, didn't you know? Killzone, ACIV, CoD, and BF4 are utter trash even before they were allowed to live. :coffee: Guess no one remembers the good ol' ps2 launch with games like Rune in its launch lineup.

(Really how much money are people going to put out all at once for games + console anyway? I'm getting 1, maybe 2 games. And the last time I checked most people here are so broke they can't donate $1 to help someone get to a tournament. A little harsh? Idgaf, I'll believe otherwise when I see it.)

Launch magic and hype is dead man, has been for me since probably game cube. I was hype as fuck for Rouge squadron, but then sad there was a fuckin Luigi game instead of a Mario game at launch.

My buddy told me they put the handle on the system so I would have an easier time huffing the thing out the window lol.

That old girl gave me some good times though.

These days it's honestly better to wait and see. With the system problems they have now a days it's not worth the hassle to buy at launch.

This is what happens when people bitch that there are only 10 or less games at launch even if 10 of those happen to be aweseme, people want numbers so they can have fan boy wars over which system had more games.

Most are sports games these days anyways.

I personally believe these systems are launching to early, spring would have been better, but the companys rush it for the Christmas bucks.

got my ps4 reserved. and to be honest cod ghost can definotely last a good amount of time untill some of the better games start coming out early mext year. not to mention im a huge AC fan (played all of them) plus injustice. so yea for ME 3 games can hold me over for the rest of 2013. ive been playing injustice and gow3 since injustice came out anyway lol pretty sure i can survive

Ps4 all the way. Going to get injustice, Ass Creed 4, Killzone and probably cod. My Missus plays cod so thats our multiplayer game. Xboxone just does not look like a machine I would want to carry on playing with kinect etc and the fact MS are screwing up Evo for everyone who does not play KI is sad to see. Good to know that in my town Oxford England PS4 pre orders far outweigh xboxone pre orders.

So are current injustice players going to be getting injustice for ps4? i'm a little confused on why someone would do that if they already have the game on the ps3, besides maybe trying the game out on a new console right?
