Over the last few months I've tried again and again to contact Somberness via PM with no success.

I wanted to hire him for this very purpose and pay him very well out of my own pocket to do so.

Injustice aside....

Just want to use this thread as a thank you to Sombreness for MK9. That was an unreal amount of work, and he was an asset amongst assets. If he doesn't come back for IGAU, I wanted to at least vocalize a thank you for MK9. Every single competitive player owes him hella.

I'm saying we as a community did not get this thread the attention needed to get him back. I'm commenting in us as a community, not his as magically appearing.

SOMEONE here knows him...SOMEONE here knows where he is...SOMEONE here can find his telephone...SOMEONE here could get him a job with NRS or even with RENO. It just needs more tags and more attention.

That can be a bit of a stretch. For all we know, TYM was the only medium he chose to communicate with.

Yea we all owe him a lot for what he did for us in MK9 and like Lord of the fly said I think someone knows where he is.

This is the right way. We aren't asking some one to do something small, what somberness did for MK9 was a massive undertaking. Each move could easily take 5 hours to record and calculate the information. It is tedious, yet highly skilled work.

Saying "somberness come give us 500 hours of your time please" is not going to help.

Saying " Hey somberness, the NRS community has raised 3 thousand dollars for you if you will do the Injustice frame data" Might bring him back.

Why don't you just use your own tools to do it?

If you have a way to record and edit video... this shoudln't be a problem at all.
You're tagging someone who is basically long gone.

Use some google foo and get it done.
