If we're both talking the fighter, I actually felt Oni was better. Had Scorp's ambiguous grounded crossups, general movement speed and combos, while being safer and having a stronger grab. I would have put Scorp in top tier and Oni in god.

Obscure Capcom gem from shortly after ST. They took their Slam Masters series, which had previously been pro wrestling sims, and turned it into a straight fighter which was really fun and by any account I can figure sold extremely poorly and was forgotten. To this day I can't find any evidence anyone ever played it at a competitive level, but everyone I've introduced it to has actually found it pretty fun. Usually the problem there is finding anyone willing to play it at all.
