Well I just found out some awful news... My 360 won't be here until Monday. Hopefully it will arrive early enough for us to get in all of our matches but there is a chance that some of the early matches will either be moved to later that day or even Tuesday. Luckily we have a few gaps between 3:30 and 5:00, and 5:00 and 11:00 so I'm thinking we should be able to get in all of round 1 on Monday, but I'll keep you posted. As for Saturday and Sunday, I will be staying at my girlfriend's parents' place in Nashville and luckily her little brother is going to let me use his 360 to get in those matches. I'll have to download that damned online pass but it will be worth it to just get this first round out of the way. I swear, just when you think nothing else can go wrong something comes out of left field...

Now that sucks. Keep up updated as when we will play because I fall in the time frame you speak of. Hope all turns out well.

You should be fine. This can only affect our Monday games, and that's only if the 360 arrives after 12:00pm.

I went ahead and moved the tournament back 2 hours on Monday. I checked everyone's schedules and this shouldn't affect anyone negatively. The main post schedule has been updated. I apologize for all of the scheduling shenanigans. It seems like just when I get it set something pops up and ruins everything. Unless the world ends, this should be the final schedule. Please let me know if there are any issues. Thanks.

Yes, my girlfriend's brother has xbox live and they have a fine connection. I've played MK online at their place before and never had a bad connection. This was actually the plan the whole time, as I've known about my trip to Nashville for about a month now. It's actually very lucky that I'm going because otherwise we would have to postpone the Saturday and Sunday games. It will still be my gamertag and everything. You shouldn't even notice a difference between those matches and the monday matches.

Damn that sucks. Sometimes I play people half way across the world for hours, then play someone in my own backyard and everything shuts down lol. I really hope everything turns out ok. Ive never played you I dont think...right? Im sure you would have done fine

I just made an account and messed around with it. At first it was awesome but then it kept shuffling the bracket from what I had set, making it hard to use considering we have to format the bracket to people's schedules. Thanks for the heads-up, though!

Well it was naive of me to think that nothing else would go wrong... Long story short: I won't have access to a 360 while I'm in Nashville, meaning I won't be able to run the Saturday or Sunday games. I've contacted Kombo, TheTrillz, TrickyNick, and JHCRANE 14 to see about rescheduling their matches. Hopefully we can get those in during the week so we can finish the winners bracket (except the finals...) and move on to the losers bracket next week. Otherwise we'll get those in this next weekend and just take it from there. I'm very sorry for all of these scheduling issue. I suppose a few issues are to be expected but this is getting ridiculous. I want to thank you guys for your patience and I can't wait to give you the best xbox live tournament experience possible, because you definitely deserve it at this point.

Ima have to pull out of the tourney...stupid controller isn't working...could you fucking believe i got 3 controllers and all of them are busted...one has 2 unresponsive buttons and the other two have unresponsive d pads...im sorry but i prob won't be able to get a functioning one come monday. unfuckingbelievable!!!!!!!!!!:\

Did you get them from gamestop? I'm really sorry to hear that. Would you like me to keep you in the "Interested Players" list for the next tournament? And it looks like Shanghi Tsung get's a free pass to round 2.

Ok guys, so even though my 360 was shipped on Monday, UPS tracking is telling me it won't arrive until this monday "by the end of the day"... So just to be safe I'm moving our Monday games to Tuesday. If I understand your schedules correctly this should not negatively impact anyone. This is just a safety precaution because it would be stupid of me to to base all of your schedules on the chance that my 360 will get here in time. If this has a negative impact on you please let me know and we can make the proper arrangements. Thanks, and as always, sorry for the changes...

Since we've been through so many scheduling changes I would appreciate it if you would send me a TYM private message confirming your scheduled play time. It's been a while since I've heard from anyone and I just want to make sure everyone is good to go when the time comes. In the message please provide your gamertag and the time you are scheduled you fight so that I can be sure you are aware of the most recent scheduling. Thanks!
