Hey what's up? I've actually been posing on these forums for a few weeks now and just now discovered this section so I figured I'd officially introduce myself. My name's Woody. I'm a professional gameshow host who makes a good living working 2 hours a night which leaves me a ton of free time to play Mortal Kombat. I main Kano and have around a 7-1 win/loss ratio with him (I was 120 in the world in player matches before my xbox died 3 times...). My xbox is actually in repair right now for the 4th time but as soon as it comes back I'm jumping back into KOTH. I'm always up for a match and will friend pretty much anyone who is a good sport. I enjoy playing people who are better than me so that I can improve my Kano game. I currently use a SFIV Fight pad (you know, the one with the floating D-Pad that looks like a Sega Genesis controller) but I'm on the waiting list for a Hitbox. There are some really awesome people on this site and I'm proud to be a part of such a great community of players. I'm always happy to answer questions (especially Kano-related, feel free to check out my Ultimate Kano Guide) and I always have an open ear for new information. Anyway, I'm shocked if you read this far and I look forward to learning from you. See you in the threads!

I'm looking forward to it. I've seen several of your posts and I think we're on the same page on a lot of topics. Who do you main?

Well I main Noob Saibot, but more recently Kabal is my guy. Depends what kind of mood im in I guess, and glad to hear we share alot of the same thoughts:)

Noob can be pretty rough for Kano, but I can usually take most of the Noob players I fight online. I fought a ton of Kabal players when the game came out, but for some reason I haven't seen anyone playing him recently. I exclusively play Kano. There's definitely better characters but none of them have Kano's personality. I love that he calls people bitches and spits on them and leaves his knives in their bodies. It's just a style thing. I hate that he's got a bad rep because of knife and ball spammers. I play him as a rushdown character, but I'm not afraid to bust out the knife or ball when the time is right. It's worked well so far...
