I watched it and liked it,but it looked expensive as shit they gonna need a ton of people to watch this show.

I think it was alright. Just alright.

Some of their characters are well boring, some of them are awesome. They need to build on what they did this episode. It wasn't bad, just not as awesome as it should be.

Im afraid people are gonna expect marvel hero cameos out the ass, and when that doesnt happen be disappointed and not watch.

I thought it was great, particularly with all of the one-liners from Agent Coulson & the others - it's just like it was in the Avengers. ;)

I liked it...Its early but the characters seem like ones I will like...Sky Mmmmmm....It has a good mix of action and comedy...seems to already be keeping some secrets and has set up a story arch that has legs and can last a while...
kinda reminds me of a marvel Torchwood for some reason...
Its really up to if they can keep it going without it getting stale...

Nah, I hope no one expects that. I mean my main issue is that it kinda lacks substance and seems to be trading on the fact that they already have a pretty big fanbase. They make all the references, and that's fun when you can recognize what they are alluding to etc. but for more casual watchers there isn't a whole lot there.

But it needs to do a little bit more with what they've got. I will admit it looks a lot better than I expected it to.

I agree. I think a couple of the characters come across a bit too cliche atm but Coulson and Melinda are definitely the strongest characters imo. Overall its a good start, I have seen shows with pilots much worse then this make drastic improvements and turn out really good. Arrow is a recent example of that.

Yeah, big fan of Arrow actually. It's good that they aren't afraid to include stuff from the comics, even minor players.

Maybe AoS will get stronger, hopefully they will include some really terrible villains from the comics who no one will mind them using. Hopefully they'll throw some HYDRA/A.I.M etc. in there.

It was good in some ways but terrible in others. Like the 2 tech-gooks had all their lines crossed over like they were trying to be Tony Stark and Pepper Pots all over again. I did like how they tied in the Shitari Tech with all the supposed new super powered beings.

Did anyone get the same feeling as me that fromt he main cast aside from Mei and Colson everyone was very gleeish? i mean nothing wrong with glee i guess but everyone was like so young and girly... everything felt very steriotipical... you can already guess Sky and the other agent are going to get involved at some point, thats a given... then the 2 scientists i dunno... i was expection something a bit more mature little less smallville... and every line seems taken froma fantasy movie specially the dudes like at the end about the work and the gods and man... i mean it was a cool 1 liner but really? i dunno im still gonna wait and see if this is anygood... all in all my opinion is that this is a very low budget thing that is trying to ride the avengers hype...

EDIT: my beef with this is that everyone is quorky.. there isnt like a tuff guy the cool guy etc.. everyone is quorky and to comidian to be taken seriously...

Yeah I said above that most the characters seem way too generic but it is only a pilot and they will most probably add more depth to these characters in future episodes. They should focus more on Melinda who could be the strongest character in the team and agent Grant has potential too. was a good idea to cast unknown actors because it makes them easily replaceable if they cant make them apeal.

i Hope some superpowered characters are introduced in this show that will later translate to the movies, such good examples of perfect heroes that would fit this series AMAZINGLY WELL are the Powerman aka Luke Cage and Iron Fist, Wonderman, some of the avengers could pop in every now and then just to make it consistent to the movie... Nick Fury as well

Low budget? I bet this is the most expensive show on tv to produce. And by a lot.

that remains to be seen.. so far the first episode seems very basic, but like it was said it is infact a pilot... ill wait for mroe eps to judge this show more accuratly.. regardless ill wath the full thing, all in all im still a fan of marvel and if this connects in anyway to the comics as in characters etc... ill still enjoy it, tho im still more exited about Arrow...

Oh i agree with you that it was decent at best. Im talking strictly the budget of the show. This is likely Terra Nova levels of expensive to produce. This shows gonna need a ton of viewers to survive. Im also looking forward to arrow.
