Here's how it's obviously going to go down: They'll release patch notes for 2 more characters, no nerfs to superman/black adam/anyone else that needs to get hit with the nerf hammer, then say nothing until late december this year. Then Boon will upload a viral video, with what appears to be a copy of IGAU, and a screenshot of superman's lasers whiffing when it should be clearly hitting the opponent. This will cause speculation by the community. After a month passes, he'll reveal that the footage used in the viral video was just supposed to show Superman, and he's actually getting a new costume (the classic one, since it's heavily requested by the casual audience). Then we get the patch on New Year's Eve. December 31st, 2015.

That mode isn't actually the story mode, its the "campaign mode" (easy to confuse the both, though). Story mode is just fights related to the arcs like Arc 1 Jonathon vs Will Zeppelli n such (which you must beat to unlock certain characters). Campaign mode is like a free-to-play mode within the game that lets you play against ghosts of online players/actual online players for bonuses like winposes/outfits/other stuffs. That mode seems to be the one thing everyone hated about the game (aside from it being glitchy and super broken immediately at launch date). I'm probably only going to hate it very slightly. I'll most likely only get the outfits for my characters that I plan on playing, like Arc 3 Dio/Jonathon/Caesar/Arc 1 Dio/Lisa-Lisa and never touch it ever again.

but yeah, sucks to the people that were 99% sure this wasn't being brought to the states. Should've played it safe (and cheap) by waiting it out ;D

ironically, I JUST decided to start saving up for the JPN version.

Did they make it so those moves that Jotaro/Dio had that stopped the time stop no longer stops it? (SO MANY STOPS IN A SENTENCE). If so, I'm kinda butthurt about that. Unless they made it so you can only time stop once in a combo or something, then I'm cool with that.

Then lengthened the startup for timestop to where you basically need a opponent at full screen to pull it off.

How "full-screen" are we talking here? Cuz I know DIO's HHA puts the opponent pretty far away from you when it connects. Unless you have to be literally full-screen, it seems like it only hurts Jotaro's time stop shenanigans. DIO's time stop shit seems fairer, since you need to dump a lot of meter.

I hope they fix the netcode by the time it releases in the states, I heard it's atrocious. Characters like Kaaz are like, super online tier since that cross-up special lol.

Well I havent done many online vs matches, been buried neckdeep in Campaign, I MUST UNLOCK ALL THE THINGS.
Anyways, the few matches I had, even with other american's, had like 1-2 second lag.

I honestly don't know what I'd say (right now), except for the fact that he/she'll need to expect and embrace change and never, EVER refer to the Doctor as "Dr. Who" ever again.

I am not so.....afraid of change, as many humans are. The changes that occurred when the Doctor regenerated in the revived series (9 to 10 to 11) did not bother me all that much, and I liked the different things each incarnation brought to the show, along with their companions. Yay, adaptability.

Heh, I expected that sort of reaction towards the Doctor being referred to as "Dr. Who".
