Tactile feedback on Battle edition stick

I'm curious about some form of tactile buttons for the IGAU Battle stick. It seems strange that with 8 buttons there isn't some way to identify them by touch. I'm a touch typist, and most keyboards have the home row keys marked. But I've surfed the 'net looking for something similar and found nothing.

Am I the only one having trouble keeping my fingers where they need to be?

you will get used to finger placement over time.

why not place a piece of tape on a button to remind you where you are?
or get new buttons, one with a different feel possibly ?

however I will note that: the BE injustice stick is really weird.

Most sticks, have a button layout that follow where your fingers ACTUALLY go.
I feel the BE stick is the complete opposite and that I feel as if my fingers are breaking using the stick.

Maybe it is just the stick giving you problems. The layout is soooo weird.

Thanks to both of your for your suggestions. It's not a problem with the stick. Its the first one I've used (other than actual arcade games in the 80's), and I'm getting much better results with it than the Sony gamepad. Moves that I couldn't make happen before are easy now, especially bf2 or bf3. I could never get those on the game controller. But after getting into a game a bit, I wind up getting "lost" and hitting the wrong buttons in the excitement.
