well since there are others posting threads like this, it made me want to jump in. (aside from the fact that i was bored for the last hour of course)whether you hate them or love them, these threads are always fun to read... or flame. post if you agree with some of my changes are not. we all have different ideas so let's hear yous. here are some of my wish lists / predictions / balance suggestions or whatever you want to call them:
Shazam
- torpedo adjusted to -7 on block
- Meter Burn version for Bolt of Zeus now does 9% on hit and is unblockable
- trait works with super now
Hawkgirl
- Wing Evade 1 on hit causes generic b+3 wall bounce
- Random bug that causes a lot of recovery frames for Meter burn air mace toss when you land on the ground during WHIFF removed
- During trait active 1,2, and 3 attacks are now overheads
- Can enter flight mode after meter burn upward mace toss
Superman
- f+2 on block is now -20
- f+2 on whiff now has double the amount of recovery frames
- f+2,3 on block is now -20
- f+2,3 on whiff now has double the amount of recovery frames
- Armor on super removed
- Trait no longer gives damage boost (the damage boost is now 0.10% similar to MMH)
Batman
- No longer can combo off a grounded opponent that is hit by 1 robotic bat from trait
- No longer can combo off a grounded opponent that is hit by 2 robotic bats from trait
- Robotic bats still combo with each other
- A few couple of frames have been added to the gap within b2,3 string so that every character can forward dash or jump before the explosion sets off on block easier
- Last hit of 1,2,2 string changed to overhead
The Flash
- No longer bounces back on block after his b,f+2
- Uppercut is now changed to -6 on block
Killer Frost
- Invincibility frames on wake-up slide dramatically reduced
- Slide on block is now -5
- Slide has slightly more recovery on whiff
Green Arrow
- Hit advantage on electric arrows doubled
- Block advantage on electric arrows doubled
- The chip on fire arrows increased to 2%
- Can meter burn his slide on block now
Raven
- Hitbox on the projectile shot back from Meter Burn version of d,b+1 increased so it does not whiff on some crouching characters
Aquaman
- Trait cooldown doubled to 16 seconds
- Meter Burn trident rush chip reduced to 10% (down from 15%)
- d,b+2 on block now does 1% of chip
- Hitbox on d,b+2 slightly reduced
DoomsDay
- Hitbox on the second part of Meter Burn shoulder reduced
- Chop on block is now -5
- The second attack on Meter Burn version d,b+3 is now an overhead
Wonder Woman
- Hit advantage off d,f+1 (Lasso Grab) is now swapped with the Meter Burn version
- Hit advantage off Meter Burn d,f+1 is now swapped with the regular version
Scorpion
- Flip Kick is now -6 on block
- Leg Takedown is now a hard knockdown
- Air grab is now 1 frame of start-up in air
- The second part of 2,u+3 string overhead no longers whiffs on some characters crouching
Green Lantern
- b+1,2 now comes out on whiff
- b+1,3 now comes out on whiff
- b+1,3 is now -9 on block

- Overhead teleport now plants the opponent on hit for 10% instead of launching

- Trait slashes reduced to doing 0.50% chip each on block
- Meter Burn laser glitch removed

- Machine Gun is now -12 on block
- Upward Machine Gun is now unclashable

- Meter Burn fire ball no longer whiffs on certain characters crouching

Sinestro
- The second hit of b+1,2 string is now a mid
Black Adam
- Backdash invincibility frames reduced from 11 to 8
- b+2,3 string is now -5 on block
- Trait orbs now do 3% each on hit
- Trait orbs now do 1% each on block
- d,f+2 hitbox slightly reduced
- Lightning Cage is now -10 on block
Bane
- Can now choose to throw the opponent in front of you or behind you after an air throw
- f+2 now causes a wall bounce on hit
- b,f+2 now does 10% on hit
- Damage taken during venom debuff is slightly reduced
Harley
- Tantrum stance 2 is now -4 on block
- Chance of getting dud after using d,b+2 removed
Cyborg
- You can now jump-cancel out of trait
- Can now combo off d,b+2 after hitting an airborne opponent
- When holding down d,d+3, pressing the meter burn button will cause an instant explosion around the targetted spot. Data for explosion is below:
- 10% on hit
- Hit level mid
- 2.5% chip
- Knocks them down in a plant fashion
- Hit advantage is +40
- Block advantage is -15
