I thought I was a decent player... Looks like I need tips.

Hey to those reading this. I recently joined this forum and am learning alot of new information I didn't even know existed, due to mostly playing online against friends and it not being in the tutorial.

I didn't even know you could meter burn interactables until a day or two ago. I'm wondering how people are able to meter burn b3 outside of a combo? It seems extremely useful, and something I should need to learn/know.

Also, anything else you feel I should need to know (based on not even knowing about meter burned interactables), which I most likely won't, please post. I'd appreciate it. Sorry for making a new thread on the topic, I did a little search around the place and could only find random 'I'm back!' threads and such.

Name isn't Chris, Doesn't have pads
to mb b3 outside of a combo, press b3 and the meterburn button at the same time :) you can also dash cancel it

To meter burn B3 outside of a combo, just do a B3 while pressing the MB button at the same time. To dash-cancel it, keep 3 held down and dash forwards or backwards.

Thanks for the help... was simpler than I thought it would be haha. Thanks for the welcome too, I'll go and check out the gameplay topics forum now.

MBing interactibles is done the same way and since it has armor it's a really nice get off me move that is difficult to punish. For instance, if you are cornered on Atlantis, you can just mb the water splash interactible and it will likely net you 20% damage and a knock down unless the guy you are playing knows how to armor through interactibles.

It's been awhile but doesn't the in game tutorial go over everything maybe try that out.

Just bounce cancels, no information on meter burn usage for interactables and b3! I double checked the other day after seeing someone perform the b3 MB. :)

Or if they play Flash and know how to vibrate through it.
