They released a free bersion of the new DOA5 with 4 characters(Ninjas) plus Jann and Hitomi were free for 24 hours.DOA5U Core fighters I think it's called(I really dont pay attention to stuff like this).

Eh, on second thoughts she's pretty good but not overpowered, she would be fine without buffs, maybe just nerfing the high tier characters would be all the balancing she would need.

Just a thought, not that Harley Quinn at all needs buffs, she doesn't IMO, but they should make her trait similar to GA's, like DB4, DF4 and DD4 to choose her different traits.
