Making this thread in honor of the ridiculous balance suggestions that Rampage254 has thought up. All credit for these go to him unless stated otherwise.

Ares
Increased damage
Speed increased
Old guaranteed reset brought back
Trait-More damage; Not interruptable; Axe disables armored moves for the rest of the match(credit to xInfra Deadx)
New move-MB teleport; No recovery
Godsmack-Increased hitbox in front and behind; Regular version now has one hit of armor; MB version has 3 hits of armor(credit to me)

Bane
Trait-Specials during lvl 3 venom are now unblockable; Increased speed proportionate to venom lvl; Eliminated damage and defense debuff during cooldown
Charge-Now dash cancellable
New move-Machine Gun; Fires the machine gun used in story mode; MB version plays the interactive cutscene from story mode

Batman
J2-Increased priority to beat all other jumping attacks in the game(credit to JustPressingButtons)
Trait-Cooldown time is now one second per bat(credit to trevor91)

Black Adam
New move-Forward and backward air dash
Trait-Larger hitbox; Doesn't go away from being hit
Low Lightning-MB version now launches into the air(credit to DominicanAddy94)
Decreased scaling on damage
Lightning Bomb-Now unblockable(credit to both of these goes to GGA HAN)
Black Magic-Now puts opponent in a capture state(credit to me)

Catwoman
Trait-Now causes a bleed effect that constantly drains health based on the levl of the scratch meter when the trait was used(credit to xWildx)
J2-Increased hitbox
Cat Dash-Start-up reduced by 5 frames; MB version has armor all the way through

Cyborg
Fireball-Now hits mid
Can now link a B3 off of J2(credit to these goes to JustPressingButtons)

Deathstroke
Trait-Now stays active for the entire match after activation(credit to Rampage); Can be dash-cancelled after the first frame(credit goes to J360)
All guns now have ammo that once depleted will not replenish for the rest of the match; Handguns have 50 bullets; Rifle has 100 bullets(credit to me)
Pistol Shots-Now causes standing reset against airborne opponents; MB version causes bleeding effect(credit to J360)
Rifle Shots-Can now be aimed up or down(credit to J360)

Doomsday
Trait-Lasts longer; Not affected by hit stun
Earthshaker-MB version changed to be a 3 hit move, an overhead, a low, and an unblockable that launches(credit to me)

Green Arrow
Trait-Low shot hitbox is considered crouching
Trait(Lightning Arrow)-Increased hit stun on grounded hit
Trait(Fire Arrow)-Now does 2% chip; Now has a second hit which is an explosion similar to Batman's MB Batarang
B1,3-Cancelled into super is inescapable anywhere on screen now(credit for these go to me)

Green Lantern
Lantern's Might-Now +1 on block
New move-Forward and backward air dash(credit goes to JustPressingButtons)

Harley
Forward Gun Shot-Hits mid; Now +3 on block

Hawkgirl
Mace Charge-Now +1 on block
Trait-Can now fly almost off screen(credit to these go to AspyxiaDyslexia- and Rampage)

Joker
3,2-Now causes a hard knockdown; Allows guaranteed teeth setups
Gun-Decreased recovery frames; Hits mid(credit to JustPressingButtons for both of these)

Killer Frost
Ice Daggers-Now hits overhead
Slide-Now has armor through out the entire active frames of the move
New trait-Once activated, when the opponents makes contact with Killer Frost's hitbox, they are frozen for several seconds; On a 6 second cooldown; Trait does not deactivate when Killer Frost is hit.

Lex Luthor
Trait-Start-up is now instant

Lobo
Hook Charge-Now +3 on block
B2-Now has 14 frame start-up
F2,1-Now causes a hard knockdown
Trait-Now has armor breaking properties(credit for all of these goes to JustPressingButtons)
Super-Causes a demoralizing debuff that drains 20% of the opponents health over time; Middle finger is now uncensored(credit to Alien Substance)

Martian Manhunter
Martian Grab-Increased range; Now unblockable; Now -1 on whiff
Orbs-Non MB version forces standing block; MB version is unblockable and unclashable
Teleport Punch-Normal version is a low and -8 on block with pushback on block

Nightwing
New move-JD3; Body splash
New move-Forward and backward air dash(credit to Spinky for these)
Flying Grayson-Now an overhead
Escrima B2-Now 10 frames
Can now wall jump and double jump in escrima stance
New move in escrima stance-Stick throw; Functions like Wonder Woman's Tiara Throw
Escrima D1-Now hits low
Staff D1-Now hits low
Escrima D2-Now 9 frames
New move in staff stance-Evade; Functions like Hawk Girl's Wing Evade(credit to these goes to NightwingDayZero)

Raven
MB versions of the grabs (Singularity, Soul Crush, Event Horizon) can be used more than once in the same combo.
Trait-Shadow Raven and Singularity can now be used in Demon Form
Shadow Raven-Can now be angled up or down; MB version returns back to Raven
Super-Can now be done in the air(credit for these goes to Sami)

Scorpion
Hellfire-Increased vertical hitbox to catch people jumping out, and possible anti air; MB version forces standing reset on airborne opponents(joint effort between me and Rampage on this one)
J1-Increased priority(credit to JustPressingButtons)
J3-Increased priority(credit to JustPressingButtons)
Faster walk speed(credit to JustPressingButtons)
Damage returned to pre nerf status(credit to JustPressingButtons)
Trait-Cooldown is now 3 seconds(credit to JustPressingButtons)

Shazam
F2,2-Second lightning hit is now unblockable
Command Grab-Now guaranteed off any string
Damage buff
Projectile now comes out in 11 frames

Sinestro
Recovery on all of Sinestro's strings have been reduced by 5 frames
Boulder;Reduced recovery and start-up frames; No longer gives a sound cue; MB version bounces higher; MB version now +8 on block
Fear Blast-Can now be charged for more damage; Each blast on MB version can be charged
Shackles-Now comes out in 1 frame(credit for these go to me)
Eliminated damage scaling on all of his strings(credit goes to JustPressingButtons)

Solomon Grundy
New move-Forward and backward air dash
Trait-Can now stack two different buffs at once; Returned to being unclashable
New move-Knife Throw; Tosses a knife from his back that can be thrown in six different directions(credit to fr stack)
Swamp Hands-Increased vertical hitbox to grab jumping opponents(credit to Error)
Walking Corpse-Can now be done in the air; Hitbox extends above him and behind him; Animation can be cancelled at any point during active frames, and armor persists the entire duration(credit to 1truking)

Superman
F2,3-Hitbox now goes across the screen; Now +20 on block(credit to Spinky)
Straight Lasers-Hits mid; Now dash cancellable
Super Breath-Now +14 on block

The Flash
Trait-Cooldown reduced to 7 seconds; Does not disappear if push blocked
Sonic Pound-MB version OTG brought back
Sonic Charge-Can now be done in the air; Now +3 on block
Running Man Stance-Dash is now projectile invincible(credit to these goes to me)

Wonder Woman
All of Wonder Woman's strings and attacks have an additional 2 frames of advantage on block
Pressure can no longer be backdashed
Dive Punch-Can now OTG midscreen(credit goes to charmangler)

Zatanna
Linking Rings-Non MB version is an overhead; Now +9 on block; MB version has increased hitbox, and gives hard knockdown
Multi Kicks-MB version hits overhead or low randomly on each hit(credit to ImNewbieSauce)

Damage buff, overall speed increase. Trait does more damage, and cannot be interrupted anymore. Also give his teleport a MB version so it can have no recovery on it.

Please tag me so I can add these to the list. Once we're done, I can forward this over to NRS so they can look it over for consideration #kappa

Ayy Lmao
Bane-His charge can now be canceled, all his specials on Lv3 venom all become unblockable, and gets a speed buffs. No negative effects during cool down. TheTruth4591

I forgot, for Killer Frost give her a new trait that basically acts like Sub-Zero's ice clone. Once she touches you, you're frozen. And trait doesn't go away if she's hit by an interractable/projectile. 6 second cool down. TheTruth4591
 
Lobo- Hook charge +12 on block. B2 now has 14 frames on start up. After a Hard Knockdown, Lobo can OTG with 21, or low space hook allowing a 50/50. Nuclear Shell gives armor breaking properties.

Oh, and F21 causes a hard knockdown >_>

TheTruth4591 On KF's trait, she doesn't have to be the one hitting the opponent, she can just stay there blocking, and if they touch her, they freeze for a good while, and they don't have to attack her, if they just casually walk up to her without pressing anything they will still freeze.
