Those normal arrows put him at a pretty good advantage whether it's on hit or on block. The point of his normal arrows is advantage, not damage.

Seems like a shame that I've bought all DLC characters, Lobo, Batgirl, Zod, Scorpion, Martian Manhunter and Zatanna, but I don't main/second any of them.

Maybe they're good for a GA who knows what he's doing, but it's hilarious when randoms try to zone me out with 1% arrows. Only gotta hit me 200 times.
