I would start to play MK9 again if i have at least 2 or 3 players how likes to play MK9 tag team.
Why Tag Team? because its fun and kinda unexplored lol

Tag is super broken. When I play tag its without tag combos (like umk3 tag). Hope they fix tag on UMK9.

I play tag with Jade and Noob/Shang/Cage, and Kenshi to get some easy wins. But atm not playing at all. If a tournament of some kind will be organized I may enter, but usually I lag heavily.

i have found some nice new setups like sonya-sheva (kiss~stomp) and some nice unblockables / unavoidables

Tag is broken girl! There is so many 100% combos and unblockables that are just stupid. Sonya makes good tag with Ermac by the way. Sonya's 1,1 into tag(Ermac) lunches and is + on block. It is not fun! With some characters even brain dead person can drain down your whole life bar from unblockable! Try fighting Cyrax/Scorpion. Just one jump in (even on block) and wait for your breaker I like 2vs2,but no tag infinite resets.

i played tag team like 1on1 against you. I didn't use any broken stuff
I play tag sometimes kinda 1on1 only because of longer fights. ( i also like to beat both opponents chars using just one char)

MAPUSA I need to check on your Sheeva as I thought
I was the only Sheeva that can actually do combos and
kiss asses on our server I play MK 2v2 everyday.
My Shee/ndel duo is legendary. And screw IGAU, MK all the way.
