Lower than Scorpion indeed. The worst Scorpion tried to do was allow Armageddon to happen and even than it was only after the gods screwed him over one time too many. Much like how Boon screwed fans over.

It is only a matter of time until signature options return.
Approximately seven days at the least.
I estimate three months at the most.
