Seems like at this point, Bryan Cranston playing Lex Luthor is like a bike shaped Christmas Present: Practically confirmed but you gotta wait till the appropriate day anyways

Does this make up for Ben Affleck being portrayed in the first place(if that was an issue for you)?

Does this ruin the movie's potential even more?

Dont get me wrong i LOVE seeing him in Breaking bad, Thought he was HELLA funny in MITM but i really dont see him very much as Lex.. i mean he certainly has the profile and the atittude to go with it but i dunno, something is off there...

Kinda hard to judge when you haven't seen him play the part yet... either way, I wanted Kevin Spacey back even though I know it wouldn't happen.

only issues i have lie in appearances. Unless they do some heavy CGI i don't see how Cranston could look the part in terms of age and physicality

I'm sure he'll act the part well

He's a great actor, but I'm not sold on the idea of him as Lex Luthor. I hope he can pull it off. Time will tell.

I have to agree here... i think he is an absulutly AMAZING actor, there is not douht in my mind he could play the part and be amazing at it, but does he resemble LEX Luthor, hmm i dunno he seems a bit to old for the part and in terms of physicality, i dont think that will be much of a problem now a days but the age hmmm the age and appearance gets to me a bit still i think he will do a great job

Guise. Read the comments, this isn't 100% confirmed, it's a rumour started by a site that's known for spreading bullshit (apparently).

Either way, Kevin Spacey IS Sex Luthor. He will be missed.

I came into this thread thinking it would bet getting closed off top because of the title. Lol!

I don't know how I feel about Walter White being Lex; but I know I like it more than Affleck being Batman though.
