How to cheat your way through STAR labs.

Tired of having a bad reaction time? Are those rock hitting missions too much for you? Do you keep falling to those damn missiles?
Well, you could blame it on the poor level design, the fact a fighting game is not built for such a mission, or that the mission was pushed to the 'it'll do' pile on the lazy dev's desk.

OR you could cheat!

That's right, ladies and gentlemen, you have a very special button on your controller that'll allow you to freeze time and react to incoming threats accordingly.
All you simply need to do is hit 'back' on your Xbox 360 controller, or 'select' on your PS3 controller and you'll have a clear view on a frozen screen. Spam this button as much as you like. Unlike the pause button, there is no delay between freezing and unfreezing the game.
That means no more fumbling around with fiddly quicktime events. No more getting eaten by sharks. No more death-by-rockets.

Seriously though. This is the only way I managed to get 3 stars on all missions to get by precious Flash skin. Thought it would help anyone that didn't know of this (somewhat nooby) tactic whose trying to get Elseworld Flash.

Here's what I did for that mission, I had my brother alternate between Triangle and Circle on PS3 while I alternated between Square and X four thumbs basically mashing as fast as possible. lol

STAR Labs missions are an incredible waste of time and beyond frustrating. I also used this method, though. It was the only way I could so some of that horseshit they want you to do.

And for the mashing missions, I just turn the turbo on on my Madcatz TE.

Having said all that, I still haven't finished them and will never finish them. I never even bothered to download the additional missions they released and I get them free with the season pass.

I did that on MK9 with test your strength but I just moved so I don't have friends over to do it ( I doubt my sister would help me). Besides, there were like 200 more so I just said fuck it, I'm done

What I done is frantically rub a single finger across all the buttons.
I was vibrating so fast, I nearly hit the speed force myself.
That mission was pretty easy when you can finger the controller properly. Dirty though.

But I literally lol'd at the mention of the Flash vs Supes mission...that was the point when I decided to leave it as it is and never ever to come back. Track 'n Field much?
