This character is brand new to the franchise and in Maximilian's video below, you can get a quick look at her and what her fighting style will be like.

I think the hitstop is about 2x as long as it should be from what I saw there. I think they did the huge hitstop to make the combo/breaker system more manageble as a guess though.
