Lol i know dude, once you start putting each and every character down on a list you're just like "fuck". It's fun though. And as for GA... he's an amazing fucking character but i think there's just better. He'll probably be god mode if her dodges a bullet on this big balance patch though.

Why I think DS is A tier:

Solid Anti air
Somewhat good meterless damage
Zoning is still good even after nerfs
Some great normals
Easy hit-confirms (B1U2, F3, 323)
You can't throw interactables at him most of the time because of AGS
Dirty corner game with his crossover F3 shenanigans
Awesome wake up game with SS and SF
Can compete with some top tier characters
Great J1 and J3
All of his launchers are safe (Some are advantageous)
50/50 Mix-ups from frame traps
One of the best F3's in the game
Badass quotes

Zatanna isn't A tier. Perhaps in the future as more tech and dirt is discovered, but now, no way.

Right now Zatanna is in the same league as say Lex, Bane and Grundy. Good characters, with some serious flaws and some horrible match ups. Raven should be up there in A tier, along with catwoman. They are definitely top 15 material. Also, I think you vastly over-estimate Ares.
