I was bored and decided to whip up my own personal tier list based on my own opinions. Tell me what you guys think. I listed them by numbers for all of you guys that like to spam "this character is top ten yo" This list really is in no specific order, i just thought i'd try to get precise for shits and giggles.

S tier - 1. Black Adam 2. Superman 3. Wonder woman 4. Batman 5. Aquaman

A+ tier -6. Flash 7. Batgirl 8. Killer Frost 9. Green lantern 10. Zod 11.Green arrow 12. MMH

A tier - 13. Nightwing 14. Doomsday 15. Harley Quinn 16. Sinestro 17. Raven

A-tier - 18. Ares 19. Hawkgirl 20. Cyborg 21. Catwoman 22. Zatanna

B tier 23. Deathstroke 24. Grundy 25. Lex luthor 26. Bane. 27. Scorpion

C tier - 28. Joker 29. Shazam 30. Lobo

Batgirl is S tier, Deathstroke and Doomsday are A tier but other than that it looks good

Flash is better than Batman, bro.
Ambiguous when he's close to you at midscreen, or corner-
and if this ambiguity of his succeeds on you, and he has meter or trait, you're losing 60% or more if he includes an interactable.
Sonic Pounds, Overhead and Low Quick starters, and #1 Midscreen Damage.
Flash is better than Wonder Woman too.

I'm talking about looking at these characters on a grand scale, at their best. I just honestly think deathstroke is too gimmicky at the moment.
He really didn't need that nerf and i honestly think it made him drop drastically. BUT REMEMBER, aside from only 20% of this games roster being using in tournament, there aren't really any BAD characters.

Superman is 1...batman is not 4...gl 5 and aqua 4 or other way around..I don't for the others but Nightwing is top ten

I have no interest in being in a tier list argument thread, but I need to dispel some misinformation about Deathstroke - he's not gimmicky at all. DS has extremely solid and completely ambiguous mixup options that go into middle of the road damage, a fantastic poking and anti-zoning game, solid wakeup options and good block strings. He's not a top character, but he is extremely solid in pretty much every direction and can win any of his matches with grit and elbow grease.

I don't even know where you got "gimmicky" from.

Dropping Combos like a MotherFucker!
Nightwing's placement looks good (Top half, but not top 10).
Bane looks a little low. Although mine isn't good, I've run into a few beastly Bane's and it is embarrassing what they can do.

I placed him mid. When you get a B in school do you call it a low grade? He was upper middle before he got nerfed now he's just.... mid. I think more or less we agree with each other though.

People's main issues with your listing are likely to come from what seems to be a big separation between A and B tier characters.
I recommend you change about half of B tier to "A minus tier" or some crap like that.
Unless you haven't a care about other people's approval, which, I'm also okay with.
B tier gives off a low tier vibe, though.

Yeah i suppose that's true... But this is't brawl or mvc2. i don't think there really is a LOW tier in IGUA
