Swamp Thing vs Poison Ivy

Words cannot describe how much I want Swamp Thing and how baffled I am at people wanting Poison Ivy. Why do people want that Drag Queen? She's not that cool of a Batman villain. I only liked her for 1: her Drag Queen portrayal by Uma Thurman and 2: Her slutted up outfit in Arkham Asylum.

i think it's more likely that he'll change elements (fire, water, wind, earth) or maybe get spiky or plant a seed to teleport or start a combo.

I remember Swamp Thing being able to control the elements, but then lost that ability. NRS Isn't that creative anyway.

What can Swamp Thing do that Ivy can't do and more? She can already control plants and such like he can, AND create mutant ones.

Let's see:

In addition to Ivy's powers he can pretty much grow as big as he wants, fly, teleport throughout the universe, change plant matter in a way that Ivy can't (he once created a city on a distant planet) immortal, and almost invulnerable. He's ridiculously powerful and pretty much top-tier in the DC universe.

Look at like this way, Swamp Thing is to God as Ivy is to a minor angel. Ivy is part of "the Green," Swamp Thing represents it. He is its avatar.

I don't think he'd be in the game as New 52.

And what purpose would growing in size or teleporting through the universe do for him in this game.

teleporting through the universe = teleport... sigh.
growing in size = size changing, doesn't have to be giganta size, it can be for a special or something, he can also become smaller. or it could just be used in the super.

Injustice needs to get swamped.

Although I quite like Ivy, too. Just got me the Swamp Saga. Not too deep, but compared to most of the stuff almost philosophical..you guys can recommend the New 52 comics? Ivy doesn't look too good there..so even one reason more to go with Swampy :D

do read new 52 swamp thing, but there's a crossover with animal man for like 3 or 4 issues. they're both awesome though.

OK here's a freeky thought...BOTH Swamp Thing and Poison Ivy in Injustice? Hero = Swamp Thing, Villain = Poison Ivy... AND, we get another female character so no more crying about that... Thoughts?
