Amidst a fresh turnout of sixteen players for #220 of The Break Weekly, EMP KDZ finally seizes the throne once again! Unfortunately, Rico Suave did not return to defend his championship at the tournament, but nevertheless the viewers were treated to new surprises the moment Injustice came on stream, such as the appearance of VSM KT Smith (a job well done to him for coming in third place with his Green Lantern) and a fresh out-of-the-box Martian Manhunter from EMP DarthArma.
With the absence of Rico, it would be the Dark Knight of Gotham and the last surviving Kryptonian that would clash in the Grand Finals! Once again, KDZ is backed up against the wall as DarthArma forces a 3-2 reset in the first Grand Finals match, but KDZ's adaptation ability shines through and ensures a 3-0 victory in his favor! These players are undeniably improving with every series that we witness.
