Don't see this being free, it's in the Zatanna compatibility pack and other Compatibility Packs have come with the skin files needed for the other new paid Skin packs.

It'll likely be a $1 release like MOS Superman but the reason it's not available to purchase today is likely that the code to make it work right it is in the next game patch, along with more balance fixes. Just my guess.

The model is most likely different, that skin clearly does not have goggles so he probably got a new mesh AND a new texture.
