KH Scar wins Injustice: Gods Among Us at Kombat Monday 2.0!

The second Kombat Monday tournament has come to a decisive close, and KH Scar stands atop a mound of gold as he revels in his victory! Through his increasing skill, he brings the scarlet speedster another tournament win for players to remember! The bracket was rather small with only seven players, but every fight had its own package of shock to offer, one match after another!​

Major props must definitely go out to Mattix for achieving a series of mind-numbing comebacks that led him to a shot against KH Scar in the Grand Finals! Although he was down 0-2 and managed to steal one match in his undying effort to maintain his tournament presence, Scar's Flash proved to be too fast for him.​

what made you switch to bats?
i did the same shit when i was playing. i was like fuck my main, going to bats.
will you be at summer jam btw ?

Was in character crisis for a while, and with being such a big batman fan from comics in was like let's try him out. Once I started learning his game I loved it. Now I'm fully devoted to Bruce. Plan on sticking it through with him, nerfs or not. Just a matter of time before I get my matchups down.

And no I won't be at summer jam but if I comfortable enough in the game by the Fall classic, I'm considering that

Was playing with people who knew how to beat raven and all of the people I played used characters that beat her. So I wanted a character that does not need to worry about MUs. So i played bats. I loved him at first too, then after about 2 weeks of doing literally the same shit over and over it killed me. lols. call bats, get in and stay in .. i think i might give the game one more good try after SJ, it will be with scorpion.

i dont know bro, to me personally i dont find it boring, the continuous pressure is what keeps me going. Plus his throw animation is so godlike lol. Im just a fan of being able to pressure and play D all at the same time i guess. His corner game is so serious and making your opponent guess what to do after MB batarang is so much fun. I love ppl who push block bc sooner or later there will be no more meter for them to do that. B11 mb batarang is my new best friend , alot of batman players need to start abusing this more, especially in the corner

I found a set up, where you end a combo into MB straight grapple. My set up leaves you standing in front of them with bats out. So you get damage, a set up and trait.....

You call out the trait mid combo. and after the mb stright grapple you go into Neutral jump 2 22. This leaves you with the most frame advantage I believe. After the 22, do whatever the fuck you want. You're batman. I usually did b1 for the low or f3 for the overhead. As long as you have meter, you can keep this shit going all day like KF. and trait is out in case u dont get a hit.

You know what would be boss? If the titles of tournament threads said: "character name" [player name] wins "tournament name". This way people know to watch it. Anytime I'd see Superman/Black Adam wins tournament, I'd not even open the thread.
