Yea an intro or outro without the mask is a necessity
Something sort of like what he did to batman in UTRH... where he takes his mask in a " yeah bro its me not dead, stil here and kicking" kinda way...
His ultra is a tricky one tho... i needs to be something really bad ass, im just not really putting it toughter on how it would be like... i dont think calling Starfire and Arsenal is an option here guys... 2 more models just for an ultra, dont thin NRS is up to that...
I think it would be also cool to have this 2 moves show up
all his 3 Moves could be longer range than normal since he could use his Bionic Arm Blades.
Standing 3: Slashing move in an uppercut motion with the blades facing the opponent for longer range (similar to MK uppercuts)
Down 3: slashing move Diagonal to the opponent in a motion to Slash his Feet
Jumping 3: Sideways Flip Slashing in sort of a circular motion sideways, much like a spin where he slashes once with each arm
also would like to have him have a sort of Glide like batman but maybe more floaty in away that if you let go he comes down fast crushing with his Arm Blades in the ground, obviously an Overhead with long stun but if it whifs it would have a long recovery since he wuld stick his armblades on the ground if you get what i mean
Also think the animation for his jump should be a flip like many gadget characters have mainly a flip like NW´s jump
also his Combos should mix up from Hands\Feet to Rhas Blade so my guess would be his 2 normals would be bladed and his 1 Normals Body
