Whats your first name? (A lot of us are on a first name basis with one another, hell, many are friends on facebook)
Chris. But for the love of all that is good and holy, please call me "Rumler" (my last name). I actually answer to that a lot easier, lol
What fighting games are you currently playing?
Primarily Injustice. Though I still pop in MK 9 and AE on occasion, just to keep the rust off.
What non-fighting games are you playing?
Battlefield 3, Forza Horizon (Only time I play this is with an online party of my closest friends. Alcohol is usually involved)
What area are you from? You never know if you have another NRF in your back yard to play offline with.
I live about 30 - 40 minutes north of Indianapolis, IN
Have you ever played in tournaments for MK9 or Injustice? Do you plan to?
Yes for both. How else do you think that I became the "Sub-Zero of the Midwest"?
But to be serious, I mostly play in tournaments that are around the Midwest, but I do on occasion travel to tourneys outside of my region (my last example of this was Final Round XVI)
What are your goals as a competitive fighting game player? And what seems appealing to you about being part of NRF?
I want to be considered and proven to be an awesome player (but not necessarily the best), while still trying to have fun while at events. If I make Top 16 at a major, and had fun while doing it: I consider that to be a success.
I think that it's great that something like NRF has been established early on in Injustice's life cycle so that people can start learning match up's quickly and more-so on pace with those who primarily have a big offline scene. With MK 9, I did not have this option so I did not really feel like I had become awesome with Sub-Zero until very late in MK 9's life cycle.
Can you take constructive criticism? We all see different things at different times, and the more eyes we have one one another's game, the more we are all able to help one another.
I took criticism for so long while trying to level up my Sub-Zero, so I feel like taking constructive criticism with leveling up in Injustice is a necessity.
Would you like me to dance for you on skype wearing slightly provocative attire?
Depends, is there a monthly fee involved?
