I would say it's a two horse race between Zatanna or Doctor Fate. It could be either one based on the clues.

I know we need more female characters but if you look at the roster we can assume that they will probably only add one more female and the other two males. And imo i think that final female spot should go to black canary. and we can have dr. fate be the magic user dlc.

There are none... They misunderstood the DLC Character's number as the clue number.

This matches up with the first clues of "The Cars" where they too had a song called "Magic" and in the song the chorus had the word "Upside-Down" in it.

That plus the other clue of this video:

If Doctor Fate gets in then Poison Ivy should be the next villain. That way there'll be four female heroes and four female villains.

Delusional is stretching it, i'm skeptical it's Zatanna because many of these clues can point to other characters, Dr. Fate in particular.
