Someone on gamefaqs named Maverickneo kinda figured it out.

Some lady named Kristyn voiced Zatanna in a ladys of DC pinball game, later she did an interview and in the interview she was asked what her favorite pinball game was, and she said "funhouse".

Probably Zatanna, voiced by that lady.

and theres also the relation with the voice actor boon

No. Her favorite pinball game is a game that Boon once voice acted for. She's known as voicing Zatanna in different incarnations, one of which was a female superheroes DC game. In an interview for that game, she stated her favorite game was the one Boon voiced for. That's all the connection is, but it seems like the most solid. That combined with the other clues, plus her inclusion in the poll and all that, make her highly likely.

Hey guys, I was on the Youtube video for the music and I saw a guy bring up an interesting point. If you search funhouse in the DCwiki, Jason Todd comes up. Why, because he was referenced to in the Joker's Funhouse while playing as Robin in Arkham City.
