I would accually love it if the pulled a USF4...added a couple stages a 4 or so characters a game type or two (tag?)..and balanced it well.. as a stand alone or upgrade/add-on...
Every time I see stuff that people put together like this, it just fits so perfectly lol. I'm confident this next one's gonna be Red Hood. We have these hints that work nicely with what you said and the under the hood thing, the poll speculation, heavily requested character since release, and even the "second season pass" thing. It was right about MMH so we can't put it down yet. They may have just replaced Subs and released them outside of a pass.

That's not entirely accurate (although I'd love to see Red Hood cause he's my fav character)...Metropolis also has upside down cars.Which level do we see upside down cars? Wayne Manor, where Jason Todd (Red Hood) used to operate out of.
