Unlocked everything in MK. Deleted and Recovered account. Everything locked.

This ranges from my stats at the krypt, secondary costumes, story mode, challenge tower and so on. I have my online stats which have remained the same and my achievements but the game is just locked down for some raisin. What can I do?
