Im not. Ppl assume I am cus I have come out with a lot of joker tech and combos and stuff. But I domt think im the best cus theres players out there who put mad time with him.

Joker is pretty much the only character I truly understand in INjustice since I've been with him since day 1 . I just wish he had a better tool set

Yeah: click on the "Streams" button there at the top of the page, and you should find the "Submit Channel" option under that after you've entered the streams section.
