GGA Dizzy Claims Victory in Mortal Kombat 9 at Video x Games 2013!

Blue Blurs for Life!
Although Evolution 2013 was labeled as the "last breath of tournament life" for Mortal Kombat 9, it appears that over at the island paradise of St. Maarten, the bloody tournament continues to surprise us with its numerous plot twists! The community was greeted with so many surprising outcomes in the top eight, some of us are still struggling to digest what has happened. What do these moments include?
For one, a longtime fan favorite of the MK community has returned in the form of CD jr's Jax! When his Kabal was backed up against the walls of the Deadpool by Mitsurugi's Reptile, Junior pulled out his iconic character and overcame his foe with a series of well-placed dash punches and ground pounds! It was on this occasion that a majority of the stream chat screamed out, "The hype is BACK!"
Following that, we witness the defeat of our former two-time EVO champion, FNATIC Perfect Legend, at the hands of a player who has astonished many with his uncanny ability to remain sharp in MK despite how limited his time on the game may be...AGE NY Chris G! There is no longer room for anyone to doubt this man's phenomenal skill, if ever there was any in the first place.
But in spite of all of these upsets, Team Galloping Ghost Arcade's lust for tournament glory would not be satisfied. With GGA Dizzy's victory over CURBOLICOUS and Wafflez 's win against CD Jr., the top three would come down once again to a duo of GGA warriors...16-Bit, Wafflez, and Dizzy, the MK9 champion from Ultimate Fighting Game Tournament 9!

And now, Dizzy has added another major tournament victory to his collection by seizing first place for Mortal Kombat 9 at the Video x Games 2013! GGA 16 Bit met up with him in Winner's and Grand Finals in an attempt to wrest the win away from his teammate, but was only able to manage one win in the Winner's and Grand Finals apiece before Dizzy's strong adaptation ability dropped him down upon his knees. Johnny Cage stands atop a mountain once again!
Congratulations to GGA Dizzy.

I'm still so pissed that Dizzy didn't make top 10 at evo, wanted to see Cage among the top 8.

Anyway, congratulations Dizzy.

On a side note, happy to see the name "Jax" with CD Jr.

This means that Dizzy has to get his Dizzy chest tattoo now right?

But seriously, that was a hard grand finals to watch because I wanted to root for both players so much. Huge congrats to Dizzy though, he was on top form throughout the entire thing.
