Lol was a stupid argument about downplaying Harley and Hawkgirl....I'm so new to this community. I feel like I shouldn't have an opinion on character tiers ect. Well because I JUST started playing online 3 days ago. I've been basing my characters off of pre patch bots on hard lol. Oh well. I learned a lot and said a lot of stupid things haha.

I'm just saying everyone is making a big deal out of the 5.00 extra; if its that big of a deal, there's the option of not playing at all.

What thread are you reading? people aren't making a big deal out of $5 extra they're making a big deal about charging for something that most would do for free.

I'm a tournament organizer. I know what its like dealing with people offline and its no harder to do online. I can also stream or get somebody who does it professionally to stream at no cost . I can also get some high level players to commentate all for free. Hell I'd be more than happy to run an identical online tourmanet from the ground up for free.

Personally I don't see why this isn't done as a curleh mustache style high roller invitational OFFLINE. Do it regional like Yipes does and invite people to it. You won't have a single person complain about a venue fee in that situation because an offline tournament actually requires a LOT more work to set up than an online one does.

I'd also direct people to www.dojosports.com which is organizing a league and rolling it out regionally doing a 5v5 format to keep things interesting. Money goes to the pot not the TO. The TO makes his money by getting sponsors like creative labs.

Wow, I can't believe someone, let alone Perfect Legend is taking money to run an ONLINE EVENT. Like shit, $10 fee all goes to pot or don't try to run this, you ain't paying for venue or other expenses.
