I can't fight. (buttons don't work)

I don't know if anybody else has had this happen. But I can't attack in the game. my triggers are the only button that work, so if I get enough super meter. I can do a super attack but that's it. (1'2'3) interactables and throws won't work. The disc is in perfectly good condition. (I take care of my stuff) anybody had this problem?

this is gonna suck but you gotta delete your player profile ( you lose all regime / insurge costumes , online level and heor card sutff )

Err, check if your control configuration is correct, that might be the problem.

btw my source was myself it happened to me i could only use my analog sticks and left trigger i used to be level 72 now im like 12

this exact same problem happened to ketchups profile. only way to fix it is to delete your save data and start over. sorry bro.
