Man I feel like every time in the history of MK9 and IGAU that someone has stacked the Top 8 with their list of favorite/expected players, they have always been wrong.

I fully expect all the blowups, upsets and dark horses that come with the territory in these competitions.

Maybe MF Slayer will win :p

Predictions going wrong? The hell you say?

But that's the fun part about making them. I don't understand people who think they're disrespectful or whatever. Nobody, including the person making the prediction itself, takes them seriously. It's just something fun to look back on and see how close/off your prediction was.

Yup -- I just like seeing people have the balls to put other 'non-typical' players in Top 8, since they always seem to end up blowing a number of the usual/expected people up. But if none of them are going, it's a moot point here.

I see Tom placing somewhere around 65th

No in all seriousness, I can see tom somewhere around the top 4 in Injustice. PL vs. REO in MK, I say Reo takes it again as his Kabal is all but unstoppable right now; the only thing keeping him away from 1st at EVO was Denzell playing like an unstoppable terminator from 2024. In IGAU, I think PL will win that meetup as it doesn't seem like REO has settled or become completely comfortable with a character yet.

You can never count Reo out, and he's been training hard, but PL just seems more at home in the game at present.

16 Bit I can see in Top 8 no mattter who he plays -- and it'll help that not a lot of people are familiar with high level Catwoman yet. I'm not sure how rusty he is with Selina, but if he adds the things everyone else (like Maxter and Krayzie) have been doing to his already formidable Cat game, he will be a force to reckon with.
