Rude- Was fun playing you. watch out for the F23 when you backdash. Your rushdown game pretty solid. Just be a bit more patient. I feel your Batman has a lot of potential and will get even better within time. NRF needs a hero who will go against the law lol.

Treadmill I know you are not a fan of fighting Superman so I tested out Zod. Learning much about him. That Batgirl of yours really good. Cant wait till Powergirl gets here. Then my kryptonian trio complete. Wonder how she will play.

JustPressingButtons GGs tonight on Injustice. You were playing a lot of characters but will get better if you just stick to a few. Will play you in MK whenever you want. Im always down for some MK.

I haven't touched it in a long time, but one of the new members asked if I played it so I don't mind at all switching between Injustice and MK. Injustice still what im playing but nothing wrong with messing around with MK9 for a bit.

I like playing her because she seems to help with my footsies in this game. She's a smart character, but I she's also incredibly good too.

I'm surprised I adjusted, I'm usually free to good Aquaman players lol.

Oh I won't start the round like that at all. What I will do is make you think im going to do f2 or flamethrower at start of the round. Once I bait your teleport it time to teleport you for full combo punish

Yeah true but I had some ok games with a few people when I played last month. The online still shitty as ever if not worse but Injustice the main game right now but we all love MK. Can't we get some games in just for nostalgia? I miss playing MK but I do not miss Johnny Cage F3.

The 2nd session was even better guys . GGs! Enjoyed the conversation (matchup discussion, tech etc.). I guess that's why they called it an XBL Party . Killin Natzees and McNasty haven't accepted the friend request but I'm sure they will soon. The next stage of the gauntlet will be exciting. As some of you may be aware, we've been receiving war challenges from other clans/teams since our inception. The time has come to answer those challenges.

ANNOUNCING THE NRF GROUP PLACEMENT TOURNAMENT

In order to ensure that only our very best players represent Team NRF in war, we are holding our first Group Placement Tournament. The goal is to assign team members to one of two groups: those who are war ready and those who are training to become war ready.

The tournament will run from today, 7/21/13, to 7/28/13. You will have one week to complete your matches. Everybody plays everybody. It's your responsibility to get your matches done on time.

The rules are as follows:

FT5
Tournament rules
Winner character locked
No banned characters
No banned stages
Random stage select
+1 points for a win, -2 points for a loss


All scores must be reported to me, xFriction_Burnx or xQUANTUMx . We will be creating a Google document so that you can check the current standings and track who you've played.

THIS WILL NOT BE THE ONLY PLACEMENT TOURNAMENT!

We will be holding REGULAR level up tournaments to give team members the opportunity to move into the warring group as we learn and grow as a team. If you don't make it this time, don't worry! You will have another chance again soon.
