Wierd annoying glitch in challenge tower?

This has happened to me a few times now. So far I only recall it happening in the challenge tower but it may happen in other modes. Sometimes my button config will just randomly revert back to the default randomly whilst in the middle of a match. I don't know what triggers this but its annoying, normally I have to retry for the button config to go back to normal.

Also sometimes x-rays just won't come out and its not because their disabled in the challenge cause I'll die and then next try the x-ray will come out.

I've had that happen to me but only once, thought after i went back to the main menu and back to the challenge it was fixed. I've never had the x-ray thing happen to me though.
