- Decrease startup frames on the meter spell from 53 to 43
- Decrease recovery frames on the meter spell from -583 to -611
- Increase meter drain amount on the normal rune by 4% of 1 bar while standing in the meter spell

Warlock Quan Chi -
- Improve tracking for portal grab and portal stab
- Decrease startup frames on portal stab from 22 to 16.

Summoner Quan Chi -
- Do something to the Swooping bat so you can't vortex people to death with hard to blockables.
