doesn't seem super consistent across the variations, 2 fireball you have to be somewhat quick in order for it to combo and 1 fireball seems way too hard to hit confirm for the teleport so you have to basically just fire and immediately teleport and hope they aren't paying attention

timing is pretty strict, ive been able to do it pretty consistently though
