Hello guys, this is OGM Madness from Puerto Rico. It has always been a dream of ours to have a professional gaming tournament over here in Puerto Rico with representation from other countries. It is with great honor that I proudly announce that in April 28th, 2012 we will host such an event here in the Hotel Rosa del Mar in Hatillo, P.R. (www.hotelrosadelmar.com).
In representation of all the fighting gaming community in Puerto Rico, I invite you to the “Warcry (Grito de Guerra)” tournament.
The line-up for this is event is:
Mortal Kombat
Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition Ver. 2012
Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Super Smash Bros. Melee
King of Fighters XIII
Street Fighter X Tekken*
Soul Calibur V*
*Line-up subject to change due to popularity.
There will be pot bonuses and/or additional prizes for most categories. Mortal Kombat is very important in Puerto Rico and it is going to be our main event.
A krew from Mortal Kombat Florida is in the planning stages to support this event. We remind you that you guys don’t need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico, since we are, after all, a U.S. Territory.
You can expect to compete and hang around with all of Puerto Rico’s top players in this event. We will provide transportation and/or housing if needed. If you are planning on coming for this event, contact us via our MK Facebook group (http://www.facebook.com/groups/219673814729900).
