UnClashable Damage

Ive seen this mentioned but I haven't seen and actual thread on this topic so here it goes. Watching Delriach's Harley guide at 19:05 he mentions unclashable damage.

So can this be defined as a trait certain attacks/chains have or do certain combos attain this trait based on combo starters and/or certain sequences?

I bring this up mainly because in my most recent set online with Fred Marvel (GG's by the way) I found myself being combo'd and unable to clash for what seemed like an uncomfortable amount of time.

Now I know B/F 3, Grabs, Interactables, Supers and certain chains have this trait but besides going to the lab and attempting to clash against every variation of a characters strings, how can we determine whether something is Unclashable or not?
