This weekend on May 4-5 Toronto will experience the next level of hype as we near the ever growing fighting game crowd gathering we refer to as Evolution this July. Taking place at 111 Carlton Street in Toronto, Ontario this event will not only be housing the games, but also many big names of the communities including EMP REO, EMP Tom Brady, EMP CD Jr and many more.
EMP REO: Arguably the current best Mortal Kombat and Injustice: Gods Among Us tournament player going by most recent wins at a tournament other than the ever-hungry Tom Brady. REO is best known for his personal come-back factor wherein just when you think REO is going to lose, he forces himself in to a whole new mode or "higher level of play" that truly tests no only his own skill, but his opponent's. REO was last seen playing the "Dark Knight" but has been reported to express interest in Doomsday, Deathstroke... the DC Universe is not ready.
EMP Tom Brady: Make no mistake... Tom's most recent win at Project Injustice where he won over REO was Tom saying "he's back". While he states that everyone loses, even him, Tom's hungry for competing has never been stronger. He was a top dog Sub-Zero player in Mortal Kombat and his Aquaman in Injustice is no laughing matter. Tom's incredible reads and reactions will make his presence as known as a tidal wave.
EMP CD Jr: As it is unclear who CD Jr will be using at Toryuken, just like any of the Crazy Dominican Brothers... CD Jr holds a true dominance. He trains with the best and gets down to detail when learning a character and a match-up. There be many-a-night where him and his brothers put themselves through hell to train to where it matters most. CD Jr's competitive nature holds no boundaries and will adapt at a very rapid rate to overcome his opponent.
