Returning from an extended period of investigation, special agent "Crimson Shadow" brings TYM agents the latest dossier on current activity in the criminal world. What follows is a compilation of field reports and carefully-acquired intelligence focused around the events that took place on the weekend of May 22, 2015 in Chicago, IL. This spate of violent crime, which lasted approximately 3 days, will now be referred to as "The Chicago Showdown". The following report will detail all related evidence and active leads.

THE SUSPECTS

"Dizzy the Bandit" -- Wanted. Threat level: absolute highest. A key member of Chicago's ruthless and shady southside Galloping Ghost Gang. Although not much is known about this mysterious figure, he is said to be one of the most lethal and cunning marksmen currently operating in the Midwest. Is reported to have disappeared from the Chicago Showdown with an unspeakably large sum of cash, robbing friends and foes alike. Evidence connects the Galloping Ghost Gang to the infamous NetherRealm Chicago criminal district, which is home to some of the most nefarious criminals we have on record.

Known as the "silent assassin", the Dizzy Bandit is infamous for being incredibly hard to track, as he rarely speaks about his operations in public. He is said to downplay his own abilities just before carrying out cold-blooded assassinations. Is also reported to have grown a full beard in order to disguise himself from law enforcement. We are on the lookout, and we have notified Federal authorities to assign the highest priority to his case.

Pablo "Pako" Stevens -- Resident and alleged mastermind of Chicago's NetherRealm criminal district. Is said to be manufacturing the weapons used by the Dizzy Bandit in his serial slayings. We have been unable to get any significant intelligence out of him, as he is unresponsive in questioning, and is known to toy with agents when interrogated. Has refused to to give any substantive information in the past, but is suspected of being one of the lead decision makers in the NetherRealm district.

Undercover agents have been stationed outside his hideout (which he refers to as "The Office"), but reports state that he may have not exited the building within the last last 4-7 years. We are patiently waiting in the hopes of apprehending him in the near future.

Additional Info: His most dangerous illegal creation is said to be a relatively new weapon referred to by criminal gangs as the "Pako 5050" model assault rifle. We are investigating.

The "Yomi Crew" -- threat level; high. Based in and around the Atlanta area, the Yomi Crew is said to have paid off and/or recruited some of the nations most notorious henchmen in an attempt to become the country's most powerful criminal gang. Reports are that the notorious "Slayer", the dangerous "Tyrant" Williamson, the Terry Twins, the "Ohio King" and Mike "Michaelangelo" Michaelson have all signed a pact with the notorious "Reno Racks" mafia don.

The Yomi Crew was reported to be staging a turf battle with the East Coast Mafia in Chicago, but agents were unable to locate the scene of the fracas. A pair of gold-plated brass knuckles left behind in a derelict hotel room near the Chicago Showdown are being analyzed as possible evidence.

Sonic "The Kid" Fox -- One of the most unpredictable and dangerous criminals the department has ever come across. Former member of the Fatal 8, now believed to be part of the Animal Gang crew. Reports from the Chicago scene state that The Kid and his infamous Animal Gang ran rampant all throughout the Chicago Showdown, striking fear into the minds of residents and passersby. The crime scene was reportedly laid waste by the notorious band of reckless criminals, who agents describe as being disguised as large furry animals.

Witnesses say the Animal Gang outfit harassed numerous innocent bystanders, robbed the Skull Girls gang of a substantial sum of money, and almost made off with a small fortune before Dizzy the Bandit defeated them in a shootout on Sunday evening. Reports from our informant indicate that he was last spotted playing the violin and stroking a cat while planning his next escapade. We will continue to treat this threat with the utmost seriousness.

The Terry Twins -- Two highly-skilled brothers who are known to work together in order to accomplish their criminal goals. Witnesses state that they were eliminated in the crossfire at the Chicago Showdown. However, government investigators suspect that they may have faked their own deaths in order to give themselves cover to plan a large and audacious heist this summer. We will be monitoring them closely.

C.O.R.N. -- A dangerous and highly evolved distributed criminal organization. Previously thought to be a serious but mostly lower-level threat, an unexpected blitzkrieg by C.O.R.N. at the Chicago Showdown is reported to have ruined the operations of several rival outfits. Backed by one they call "AlucarD", a "Mr All Caps" is said to have caused a distraction to intimidate opponents while the AlucarD hit-man snuck in and eliminated the organization's foes one by one.

Witnesses report that AlucarD dispatched of some of the most feared members of rival gangs at the Showdown, using some sort of weapon which was previously thought to be harmless and not viable for street combat. Seen telling his victims to kneel before finishing them. Also known to make threats well in advance. We are tracking AlucarD's movements, and will continue to present additional information as it is gathered.

Tom "The Warden" Brady -- One of the most elusive and shadowy figures in the criminal underworld. Last seen breaking "Ohio Sako" out of New York state's Rushdown Prison in 2014. The Warden was reportedly stationed at the scene of the Chicago Showdown wearing a dark leather jacket and accomanying the suspected "May Devil" spy. Reports state that he took a hit out on "Tyrant" Williamson -- although there were no witnesses to corroborate the account.

The Warden is suspected of conspiring with R.E.O. Grosso and the East Coast Mafia to sabotage the plans of several other gangs. He is suspected of planning an operation to rob Pablo Stevens' weapons cache -- we have advised undercover agents near the NetherRealm headquarters to be on the lookout for him.

"R.E.O." Grosso -- A highly dangerous, skilled assassin. Is said to be involved in a bitter feud and turf war with "The Kid" and his Animal Gang. Their high-stakes rivalry has led to a series of increasingly dastardly crimes, with the two committing unsavory acts to stake out and expand their respective territories on a weekly basis. Clashes between the pair are reported to be fast-paced and violent, commonly resulting in multiple serious injuries (and/or fatalities).

R.E.O. is known to communicate by relaying messages through The Warden, who speaks in a coded language make up of phrases with double-meanings. Our linguistic specialists are analyzing The Warden's communications in order to glean enough intelligence to plot their future moves.

Additional Info:
Recent documents we've intercepted contain mentions of a plan referred to as "Thet Play" and a criminal associate codenamed "Crazy Dominican". We will continue to investigate.

Pig "The Hut" McCaskill -- Wanted in seven states. Is reported to be highly volatile and extremely dangerous. Reports state that "The Hut" has created a vast charitable front referred to as "The Armory" for the sole purpose of masking his clandestine criminal activities. Authorities speculate that this may be an attempt to reform his public image and appear harmless to prying investigative eyes, before pulling off a major heist sometime around the middle of this year.

McCaskill is reported to be associated with the dangerous "Yomi Crew". We are watching him intently in order to avoid being caught by surprise.

Additional Info: Often communicates with a cohort named "Simon".

"The Cowboy" -- Wanted by authorities on charges for "criminal upplaying" and "capital downplaying" in previous years. Has a mile-long criminal record, hidden behind a reportedly innocent-looking face. Peeviously jailed for hawking Illegal Meta in the Sinestro Scam of 2014. Was initially expected to appear at the Chicago Showdown but was not reported to show. Intercepted intelligence reveals that he may be planning to stage a low-level heist in the midwest, followed by a hit on the rival gangs traveling to a planned Florida meetup.

Additional Info: Also a member of the Mexican cartel.

"P Nut" -- Thought to be an associate of the Galloping Ghost Gang. Currently locked up in a Chicago jail. Was found lying wounded outside the scene of the Chicago Showdown mumbling about "apologies" and "punishable tools".

"Blind Ducky" -- Is reportedly blind. A school-aged child assassin turned to a life a crime. Believed to be highly dangerous and in possession of some sort of illicit contraband named "Ovipositor". Has apparent strong ties to The Cowboy and the cartel. Was seriously wounded by Alucard in the Chicago Showdown, but escaped capture by authorities and is expected to re-emerge at the Florida meetup next month. Is rumored to be asking The Cowboy to join him in the "Ovipositor" ring.

Additional Info: Last seen at Taco Bell.
Additional Addidional Info: Is often seen wearing a hood and carrying a lunchbox filled with illicit goods

"The Other Kid" -- Reports are that another criminal calling himself "The Kid" made his way to Chicago with the express purpose of foiling the local Chicago criminal syndicate. He was said to possess "a readily-identifiable hairdo and a killer instinct". However the suspect was apparently wounded in a drive-by beside the pools while trying to decide which weapon to use to commit the heist. It is said that he is recovering in a hospital somewhere on the US Eastern coast -- we are investigating.

Mystery man "DDUUSAN" -- Little is known about this shadowy figure. Although he is reported to not be seeking monetary gain, he is rumored to have made off with the internet access of several Chicago city blocks amidst the Chicago Showdown. Police have described this "e-theft" as occurring suddenly, without warning. Suspected of having ties to Carmen Sandiego. We are investigating this unusual development.

Harvey "Two-Face" Dent -- Was said to be present all throughout the weekend's shootouts, flipping a coin to decide who would live or die. Is reported to be working with "The Warden", R.E.O., and the East Coast mafia, although they have repeatedly denied association in questioning. Is also said to be connected with Pablo Stevens. We are investigating.

"Ultra" David -- This guy seems suspicious; is far too nice and is always seen in a shirt and tie. We are watching him closely.

Breaking Info: A recent search of "The Hut" McCaskill's apartment has recovered what appears to be grainy surveilance camera footage of the alleged East Coast Mafia/Yomi Crew gang war. Analysts will comb the evidence for intel in upcoming months.

We expect to have more intelligence to report in the weeks to come -- stay tuned.
