Then again Pyro is her weakest variation currently so even if this stays it's like,
1. It's only really dangerous as a combo ender, every better player breaks throws consistently.
2. You take that much damage with shroud on if you eat a fireball as well so it's a true mixup: block a fireball to remove shroud and punish her, or break throw.
While I understand the reasoning behind removing this, I agree with Runway and wouldn't mind if this stayed.

They just barely mentioned that EX clone should come out more consistently because they changed up the algorithm. They didn't bother showing it though. Maybe because if they spent time showing how it works now, they wouldn't have had time to show the shitty mileena vs shitty johnny cage for a stupid belt. Breaking throws is a very basic thing in fighting games. If somebody doesn't bother, it's their loss. I'd look at the unblockables and unbreakable command grabs before I'd worry about a throw dealing too much damage after failing to block shroud. breaking throws is a skill you need to have I agree. but no one is breaking a grab 100% of the time. its a 50/50 because you have to guess the direction. or sometimes you may just miss the window to break it. failing to block shroud isn't something so easy either. like I stated before its a guessing game that your more likely to lose. if you block the shroud and try to poke back in any way, your gonna get blown up by EX dark shroud which will open you up for a grab which will do 32%. I can even use her string that ends in the fire ball punch, then ex dark shroud right after just in case you try to press a button. if I opt not to grab you just get caught by a string into a fireball which is gonna do a lot of damage because your pushing buttons trying to break a throw. this is something that cant be overlooked, and thought to be not a problem "just break the throw" type of thing.Breaking throws is a very basic thing in fighting games.
