Guys, I am sick of wading through pages and pages of information to get combos so I am creating this from scratch.

In this thread will be a compendium of Nightwing combos. They will be categorized by their starter (whether in staff or escrima) and will let you know what they end in (this information is important in certain matchups and position wise)

If you post a combo that is better than the ones I am going to lead off with (they will be cause I am using my standard bnbs) please tag me STB TakeAChance and I will update the OP. I am going to watch this thread and update anytime I get a notification.

Just like super combo's, only worth it point blank or in the beginning of a combo.

Good shit... I hope you update it regularly. I am sick of "wading" through kombo threads with lack of information. lol...



PS: For real, I honestly hate when people kreate threads and don't take responsibility for them. If you make a kombo thread and someone posts a better kombo. Update it!

Don't see many stance switch combos yet - so I'll start off with one that's relatively simple..

ji2 - F213 - 4 - db2 MB - b3 - j3 - 1 - bf3 (1 bar 42%)

The timing on db2 MB is a bit tricky after the stance switch - My personal method is to listen out for the 'ting' when he changes into staff and input the db2 quickly.

2 Meter Staff Combos

1F1 - DB2 MB - B3 - JI2 - JI2 - 1 - Flying Grayson 39% (With JI2 to start it's 42%)

1F1 - DB2 MB - B3 - JI2 - JI2 - 1 - 1 - Flying Grayson 41% (With JI2 to start it's 44%)

The second one is a bit hard to land even offline adding the extra 1 before the Flying Grayson. Online it becomes near impossible. Due to that, the first one becomes my BnB in staff stance.
 
Two varions of the same Staff Stance combo when you connect with 2.

2 - B3 - JI2 - JI2 - 1 - Flying Grayson - 35%
2 - B3 - JI2 - JI2 - 1 - 1 - Flying Grayson - 38%

Like with the last one, the second is hard offline with the extra 1 before the Flying Grayson. The odds of pulling it off in an online match is pitiful.

Wanna order chinese later?
So we are aware of the staff spin MB block trap in the corner. I found myself using it and burning meter only to have the opponent let go of block.

Since there's a pretty long delay before the MB hit of staff spin, you can pretty easily hit confirm if you look for it.
Here's how to get your damage:
1 bar
MBSS, d1xxSS. 26%
MBSS, d2xxSS. 28%
MBSS, d1, 1, 1, 1f1xxSS. 35%
*you can end all of the 1 bar combos with flying grayson instead of staff spin for 1% more but you lose the hard knockdown*

2 bars
MBSS, d2xxMBSS, d2xxSS. 38%
MBSS, d1, 1, 1f1xxMBSS, d2xxSS. 41%
MBSS, d1, 1f1, d2xxMBSS, d2xxSS. 41%

JI2, F213 xx DB3 MB, B3, JI3, F213 xx DF2 - 42% (39% without I think?) Midscreen in Escrimas can add MB Fury for 44% but yea not worth wasting extra Bars for 2% damage.

B2, 3xxKalifury J3, wingdings 31%. I use that combo alot, once i get the opponent to respect the overhead i go for F213 112 Pressure shenanigans.
B2, 3xxKali Fury ji2 3 would do ~3-4% less damage but it would drop your opponent with a hard knockdown directly in front of your Dick. Sparing yourself the need for getting in again.

Given how important 112 is to our corner game I've tried a few things but I can't come up with anything greater than 32% for 1 meter

112 113 df2 d2 db1 mb j3 db1 - 32%

and you'll land in time to throw an U3 in their face on wakeup.

Anyone got anything better? I know we've got BnB's all day but these frame traps open up opportunities for me where I know I've missed damage potential.

Anybody know what combos give the best wall carry? I'm starting to feel its more important to take them corner side than damage
f213xx4xxdb2 MB ji2 3 1 db3 and you can stance switch the db3 to dash in with escrima and pressure them on wakeup.

or

f213xxdf2 f3 df2 mb will carry them twice and drop them right at your feet. Not damage optimal, but will carry.

or if you have shit tier execution like me and can't hit confirm anything in escrima

ji2 1f1xx4xxdf2 mb ji2 df2 and they're at your feet
